Hey, Love.
I see you.
You want to feel great in your body physically and about your body emotionally. You imagine being one of those people who can walk into any room and feel calm and cool around all foods and who finds genuine comfort and relaxation in their body.
You want that quiet confidence that lets you channel your precious energy toward the people and moments that light you up and bring meaning to your world instead of on your willpower to stay away from forbidden foods at your friend’s wedding or a family Thanksgiving.
You’re tired of talking and thinking about that stubborn five pounds you’ve been trying to loose for weeks or months.
You want to be able to enjoy the foods you love without guilt and still eat with your health and vibrancy in mind.
You picture yourself wearing those cool clothes that you so wish you could pull off…you know, those ones you’ve told yourself wouldn’t look “flattering” on you because of your body shape, current weight, bone structure, musculature, height, broad shoulders or other natural part of your being that you wish was different.
You’ve tried every diet or “lifestyle” trend promising long lasting health, fat loss, less stress, humming digestion and glowing skin.
You assure yourself that THIS TIME you will finally get your dream body and life by “eating clean”, working out 5-6 days per week, meditating and journaling daily, intermittent fasting, counting calories or macros, eliminating food groups, restricting foods, or trying whatever other tactic you’ve convinced yourself you need in order to live the life you want.
Yet, every time you start a new plan, you’re pumped and motivated for a while only to lose steam and fall back into old behaviors and thought patterns reaffirming how “out of control” you are. You feel like you’ve failed yet again and just hope and pray to yourself that whatever you try next time will stick.
I’M HERE TO TELL YOU THAT IT DOESN’T NEED TO BE THIS WAY.
“I can honestly now say that I was trapped in my feelings of control reinforced by a society obsessed with thinness. The worst part about it was I thought that this way of thinking was “normal.” Through hours of conversations, and weekly action items, you taught me to challenge my views of self-worth wrapped up in thinness, that a healthy life means eating for sustenance and pleasure alike, and that self-love is possible though all of that.”

In fact, I KNOW that you are not only worthy, but capable of having a balanced relationship with food, a loving kinship with your body, and self-trust so deep that you won't need to question your decisions any longer.
I know this because I’ve been through this myself and have helped over 120 clients from different backgrounds and cultures understand how and why food and body stigma have played such a complex role in their lives and how to break the difficult cycle of obsession.
I do this by:
Challenging the way my clients think and view themselves and others
Using nutrition and health education to bust long held beliefs they have had about certain foods and lifestyle practices
Utilizing the principles of intuitive eating to help clients become masters of their bodies’ signals and messages
And through my signature 1:1 coaching process, I provide unwavering support to clients so they never feel alone during this life-changing transition.
“I’ve done a lot of work on myself over the years, but my relationship to food has been an area that has always felt tenuous and unstable. What makes Molly’s work so unique is that it never feels like she’s reciting lines or theories to you. Rather, her perspective is so her own, a blend of her own humor, her intellect and scientific mindset, and her attention to both the beautiful and difficult details of life. And what lies at the core of each session? The most palpable interest in you and your experience. I have never left a session without thinking about things from another perspective — just when I think I have thought of every angle, she will gently tug at the most subtle and latent underlying assumptions— not just about food — but how I see myself.”

MORE ABOUT MY STORY WITH FOOD AND MY BODY…
Like most body stories, mine has been one of many twists and turns.
When I was five, I was diagnosed with a neuromuscular condition called Charcot Marie Tooth (CMT) which causes significant weakness in my feet, legs and hands. I’ve worn leg braces on my lower legs for most of my life, walk with a distinctly unique gait and have visibly weakened hands.
While I always felt a bit different from other kids my age, I didn’t really internalize my differences during childhood.
It wasn’t until becoming a teenager that my body image started to decline.
Puberty, changing bodies, growing boobs, and crushes became central. I became acutely aware of my thin lower legs, my hands, and my walk, and the belief that I was less attractive and less desirable than others started to take hold.
It was the start of feeling that my body was out of my control which is a harsh reality to confront.
In college while studying public health, I got inspired by everything I was learning about preventive health. While I knew my CMT couldn't be changed or reversed, I became really inspired to take excellent care of my health in other ways. I began cooking a lot, going to the gym 4-5 times per week (which I never liked much), and reducing processed foods.
But without fully realizing it, I had become quite rigid in how I experienced the world in the name of “health.”
Bread baskets – never.
Dessert at a restaurant – a bite, maybe.
Non-whole grains – forget about it.
Fruit in my smoothies – ‘too much sugar.’
Dairy – eliminate.
Eat a rich meal – must go for a workout later.
This is was what my relationship with food had become in the pursuit of my healthiest possible self.
RIGID. RESTRICTIVE. INFLEXIBLE.
I had become obsessive about food and my body, and when I look at it honestly, it wasn't even fully about health. It was fear- based and at least partially about staying thin. When this truth set in, I knew I needed to make a change.
I didn't want to live my life dominated by control, fear, and limitation in ANY area.
I made the choice to stop demonizing specific foods, to start eating according to what I felt like in the moment, and to find a type of movement that could help me strengthen and that I could have fun with.
I found adaptive pilates and stopped going to the gym, which transformed my relationship with exercise from one of fitness to one of movement for vitality (and became a certified Pilates teacher after many years of personal practice!).
With food, when I truly started listening, I noticed how much my body KNEW what I needed. Most of the time, I craved full, nourishing meals with an array of colorful nutrients. And some of the time I craved rich, pleasurable foods to be EXPERIENCED. Every time I sat for a solo date of a cappuccino and freshly baked pastry when the mood struck, the closer and kinder I felt toward myself.
And through all of this, not only did I start feeling stronger and better physically and emotionally, but my overall confidence soared. Because each and every time I showed myself ease and flow with food and movement, I affirmed to myself that I trust myself.
And trusting myself more and more instead of letting in outside voices and trends meant laying the foundation of someone who deeply loves and appreciates herself.
That self trust and self love penetrated every part of my life, and changed the way I show up in all areas: toward myself and my body, in my romantic relationships and friendships, and even as a coach.
And through all of this inner work, I was finally able to deeply internalize that my greatest challenge in my life is my ultimate super strength.
Because I realized I don't need to be in control to live the life I want, I need to be FREE.
NOW, I HELP OTHERS FIND THIS SAME FREEDOM, SELF-TRUST AND CONFIDENCE, TOO.
It is my passion and honor to help clients like you shift your mindset from one of believing you need to punish yourself into reaching your goals to one of knowing you MUST support yourself no matter what obstacles stand in front of you if you want to transform how you see yourself and how you live your life.
“Molly is exceptional at what she does. Without judgment or a hint of negativity she provided me with the coping tools and strategies necessary to overcome strongly-held unhealthy habits.”

What Clients Are Saying…
“It was super helpful for me to have action items to focus on between each sessions! One thing I would highlight is (funnily) the suggestion to put my shoes on instead of my slippers. I still remember every time I take Luna out! Reminds me of not expecting too much from myself but to start with something simple. During our sessions you helped me not only to realize what goals I want to set for myself but also opened my eyes to how to get to them step by step. You were super understanding and I felt I can share anything with you - even if it wasn’t food/nutrition related. I feel your approach is holistic, not only nutrition oriented. It really helped me to improve in many areas in my life! Thank you so much for your professionalism and cheerful personality! It was a pleasure to work with you!”
— J.V. | Tel Aviv, IL
“I cannot recommend Molly´s coaching enough. It was well structured and focused on my eating habits, learning about food categories and what they do with your body or feeling hunger. I have tried many different diets, but after a few coaching sessions, I started to lose weight slowly, without eating less or struggling with eating discipline. I found it incredibly easy and pleasant to work with Molly and share my eating habits and how I feel about my body and my weight. She immediately builds trust and rapport through her authentic and open communication. The sessions with Molly have increased my awareness and knowledge about what I eat and, more importantly, had a sustainable positive effect on my well-being. On top of that, it was great fun working with Molly!”
— A.K. | Geneva, CH
“If I could have told myself two years ago that I’d no longer be chasing diet “lifestyles,” spiraling into an anxious mess when I ate “forbidden” foods, or be able to actually unpack the root of my disordered eating going back 15+ years, I would have laughed in my own face. While I’d love to say that none of my “lifestyles” did me any good, I am thankful for my most recent and final intermittent fasting lifestyle because despite the mood swings, brain fog, and frequent blood sugar dips leaving me feeling faint, it brought me to you. The last year and some change working with you to gain food freedom has been the most pivotal experience in my life. I can honestly now say that I was trapped in my feelings of control reinforced by a society obsessed with thinness. The worst part about it was I thought that this way of thinking was “normal.” Through hours of conversations, and weekly action items, you taught me to challenge my views of self-worth wrapped up in thinness, that a healthy life means eating for sustenance and pleasure alike, and that self-love is possible though all of that. Thank you for helping me reach body acceptance and a level of happiness that I didn’t even know was possible.”
— R.Z. | Tel Aviv, IL
“I just completed the 6 month program with Molly, and I can honestly say that this program changed the way I look at food and wellness completely. Each week we worked on different aspects of what I needed to work on, from weight loss to establishing morning and night routines to enrich my wellbeing. Molly is kind and understanding, and I felt totally comfortable from day one to share about myself and my health, and to this day I am still implementing things she taught me. I learned that true change in ourselves does not happen overnight, and now I feel that I have the tools to continue working on myself and bettering my health in the future.”
— S.L. | London, EN
“This has been very very helpful to me. These 4 weeks of vacation enabled me to think about improvements made and challenges for the future. My impression is that I feel much more powerful to handle these challenges, mostly thanks to you.”
— S.P | Paris, FR
“I've been beyond satisfied with my health sessions with Molly. She has a tremendous depth of knowledge, and a great ability to zero in on your problem areas and provide you with clear, realistic feedback that you can immediately start applying in your daily life. I find her approach to nutrition and health very refreshing. Molly is able to break down the often complex and confusing world of nutrition and make it an exciting and interesting journey that you want to be apart of. Since we started, I've seen a significant improvement in my energy levels and continue to learn a great deal from her in every call.”
— S.K. | New York, NY
“After the lockdown for COVID, I was feeling really disconnected from what food to prepare and what food would make me feel happy and healthy. I saw Molly recommended on a Facebook page that I frequent, and decided to reach out. I am so happy that I did! Molly really listened to my struggles, took time to understand my lifestyle, and what types of food I liked eating and preparing. She also spent time explaining why I should be eating certain things, something that I felt was missing with previous nutritionists. I couldn’t be happier with the meal plan recommendations, and recipes she’s given me. I’ve learned to cook new things and I feel much more satisfied after meals. I’m even starting to feel much trimmer and have more energy than before. I feel very confident now that I know what to eat and why I should eat that way. I’ll definitely take Molly’s recommendations with me as I continue to build my healthy lifestyle! Whether you want to lose weight, or just learn some healthy wellness habits, Molly is your girl! I recommend her 110%!”

“I was 28 years old, and regularly suffering from stomach ailments. I took this for granted, assuming it meant I was simply predisposed to gastro-related deficiencies. But my stomach issues only worsened, and on the advice of a friend, I sought out a health coach. Molly was well-regarded, but I was still skeptical about anyone’s ability to help my particular problem. That said, the first session was incredibly informative, even misconception shattering, and it had me excited for a second session. By week five, something incredible happened - my stomach problems were becoming less and less prevalent. Not all of us are so lucky, but as it turns out, my ailments were driven by an undisciplined diet. On closer review, it seemed so obvious. My total indifference to what I was putting in my body was wreaking havoc. Molly implemented simple, easy to understand modifications, and within five weeks, I was already reaping the benefits. I am so grateful for all of Molly’s insight and advice. I cannot more strongly recommend her!”

“Molly is amazing! Alongside her, I've learned so much about nutrition, health, but mostly about what is good for ME. During these last 6 months of coaching, I rediscovered myself and how to take care of myself in a holistic way, thanks to all of these little things that I wouldn't have thought about alone. I can't thank Molly enough for that!”
— N.I. | Tel Aviv, IL
“Being on this journey with Molly has been amazing. Not only I have learned to be more aware of my thoughts and actions, but also I have experienced the feelings and outcomes of being true to myself. Thank you, Molly for this incredible adventure of self growth!”
— E.E. | Santiago, Chile
“Every weight loss plan claims to be "not a diet, but a lifestyle." But I've been a yoyo dieter for two decades and I can honestly say that Molly's approach is the first one I've tried where that's actually the case. It's simple, sustainable and most importantly, SANE.”
— S.L. | Tel Aviv, IL
“It has been awesome working with Molly and really such a transformative period of time for me and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help guide me through these changes. It has been so immensely helpful and I’m looking forward to carrying all of the things we have talked about forward. You’ll always be the person who got me to go back to hot yoga and for that alone you performed a small miracle!”
— S.B. | Tel Aviv, IL
“After several sessions with Molly, my lifestyle and eating habits transformed for the good. She taught me how to eat healthy, stay hydrated, sleep enough, create boundaries with work and overall take care of myself, physically and emotionally. I highly recommendMolly to anyone seeking to better their health and lifestyle.”
— Z.M. | New York, NY
“Molly is exceptional at what she does. Without judgement or a hint of negativity she provided me with the coping tools and strategies necessary to overcome strongly-held unhealthy habits. She is the most body-positive person I have ever met, and I am grateful for the time I spent with her.”
